Oprah donated $ 13 million to Morehouse College to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Oprah Winfrey Fellowship Scholarship Program, which she initially funded $ 12 million. This is an additional $ 13 million to continue the scholarship fund. Overall, the $ 25 million Oprah Prize is the biggest award in the college’s history. The Winfrey Scholarship Program finances the education of nearly 600 scholarship holders.
